Duplication of code between bamstats.py and mappingqc.py #60

When fixing bamstats.py I noticed almost 100% code overlap between bamstats which is used by bamstats.py and mappingqc.py which is used by pipeline windows, intervals peakcalling etc. Should probably be merged. Best wishes, Jakub

I completely forgot abut this, I think the plan was to modify the code so windows and intervals point to bamstats and remove mappingqc
