Hi @sebastian-luna-valero this looks good but shouldn't the .travis.yml be modified so it isnt picking up the branch?

I created branches on all three repos to update the conda channel order. Now that cgat-core and cgat-apps are passing tests, they have been merged to master and it's time to reflect that in the .travis.yml
