PyPI sdist contains a file not found anywhere in the repo #123

While trying to run the unittests with the latest sdist from PyPI, I got a fails because of a missing benchmark fixture in ruffus/test/test_functions_with_extras.py. So I wanted to look up this file in the repo. I can't find it.
