Incorrectly categorized periodic table elements #2

After taking a closer look at the "finished product," I noticed that some of the elements on the chart are incorrectly categorized. The list of those elements (so far) is:

Astatine (At)
- Categorized as noble gas, should be halogen
Radon (Rn)
- Categorized as alkali metal, should be noble gas
Francium (Fr)
- Categorized as alkaline earth metal, should be alkali metal
Radium (Ra)
- Categorized as an actinide, should be alkaline earth metal

I will extend this list as more errors are found.

Fixed the elements listed above in commit f4fa2cd689c5731aa2aa503666f11e60f5b1967d
