Finish correcting element information #3

I've found another error in the element data, so I'm going to have to comb through all of the elements and make sure everything is correct. This issue will be a running list of elements that have incorrect data associated with them.

Current inaccuracies: ~- W: Name is "Wolfram" and it should be "Tungsten"~

Any help with looking through the data would be greatly appreciated!

All element information looks good now.

Need to add new names and symbols for newly named elements:

Nihonium and symbol Nh, for the element 113
Moscovium and symbol Mc, for the element 115
Tennessine and symbol Ts, for the element 117
Oganesson and symbol Og, for the element 118
