Additional apt mirror setting #5

Is it enough?:

RUN echo "deb http://kr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ xenial main restricted" >> /etc/apt/sources.list

There are also security.. things in /etc/apt/sources.list

(This may be a possible improvement of #3)

But w/o this change, apt-geting and downloads are quite fast enough
