man "name" field read-only for breeder drakes #7

Make "name" field in detail uneditable for Drakes already available as breeders (you should only be able to rename new drakes before adding them to the set of breeders)

Now only new progeny can have their name set. Once a drake is added to the "breeder" list, it's name is fixed.
