Fastscroll disappears while scrolling

Detailed steps causing the problem:

• Open the log page of a cache
• Start scrolling, a blue fastscroll handle appears
• Use this handle for fastscroll

Actual behavior after performing these steps:

After scrolling a short distance the handle disappears and is replaced with the default scroll indicator.

Expected behavior after performing these steps:

Handle should be available all the time.
