Track gas deltas #230

Added option to track gas deltas between test runs. It would be useful for the gas optimization process.

This is published in 2.2.0.

Small note in case you're using your fork locally and are going to switch back to using this one - I renamed checkGasDeltas to trackGasDeltas (sorry) in #233.
