Add some new Python packages (fixes #11, #12, #13)
Fix #10 with ENV statement in Dockerfile (could also have been done with --env in run script, but as this seems to be required by any QT apps seemed more convenient to include in Dockerfile)
A couple of small changes to the biipy_run.sh script to enable better mapping of user information from the host into the container
Some minor documentation changes and file reorganisation
