Issue

The resource download buttons, i.e., for PDFs in various languages, are not shown on mobile.

Steps to reproduce

Visit https://biosecuritycentral.org/resource/training-materials/culture-of-biosafety,-biosecurity,-and-responsible-conduct-in-the-life-sciences/ in a mobile browser (I used Google Chrome Version 100.0.4896.77 on iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1)
Notice that the download button is not shown
