Tooltips on "Related resources" reveal themselves on the linked page after navigation #12

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit https://staging-biosecurity.talusanalytics.com/resource/training-materials/culture-of-biosafety,-biosecurity,-and-responsible-conduct-in-the-life-sciences/ in a mobile browser (I used Google Chrome Version 100.0.4896.77 on iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1). Note: "Related resources" won't be visible on the production site on mobile unless/until #8 is resolved.
  2. Scroll down to the "Related resources" section
  3. Tap any link
  4. Notice that after navigating to the linked page, the tooltip providing the full name of the resource is still visible
