"Related resources" not shown in mobile #8

Issue

"Related resources" items are not displayed on the mobile version of the site.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit https://biosecuritycentral.org/resource/training-materials/culture-of-biosafety,-biosecurity,-and-responsible-conduct-in-the-life-sciences/ in a mobile browser (I used Google Chrome Version 100.0.4896.77 on iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1)
  2. Notice that "Related resources" are not shown on the page
