Resource thumbnail image not shown on mobile #9

Issue

The resource thumbnail image, i.e., the PDF's first page, is not shown on mobile.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit https://biosecuritycentral.org/resource/training-materials/culture-of-biosafety,-biosecurity,-and-responsible-conduct-in-the-life-sciences/ in a mobile browser (I used Google Chrome Version 100.0.4896.77 on iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1)
  2. Notice that the resource thumbnail image is not shown on the page
