Error in image_sharing application

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modify app.yaml for Python 2.7 (See attached app,yaml)
2, dev_appserver.py image_sharing/
2. Does not run (See below for errors)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Application to run
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac OS 10.6.8, Python 2.7
Please provide any additional information below.
