Take snapshots of the screen

WiPFlash should provide functionality to take snapshots of the screen and
save them to a pre-configured location.

WiPFlash should also have an option to take snapshots of the screen every
time an exception occurs.

Given an error occurs or a modular message-box pops up
And WiPFlash can't find the window as a result
And WiPFlash throws an error of its own because of that
Then WiPFlash should take a screenshot
Then we should be able to see the screenshots in the build artifacts.

This isn't needed so much now that we have handlers for failure - you can 
always use those instead.
