3 Tests fail on win7 64bit with Norwegian region settings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the unit tests on a pc with norwegian region settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tests should pass. Instead 3 fail.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk on win7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Heh, OK. They're not really tests as much as examples of how to use the code, 
but, yes, I can and should sort that out, assuming the 64 bit isn't the problem 
(I don't have a 64-bit machine handy).

Marc, I suspect this is just related to regional settings making the strings 
appear differently. Please could you change the failing examples so that they 
take regional settings into account? Thanks - Liz.
