Allow toggle of completion text #20

Be able to remove completion descriptions

Just to clarify @oliverfoster, is this a request to replace the instruction text with a completion message once the page is complete? e.g. a new property completionInstruction

I have had this requested on projects before so would be useful.

It is to allow it to not have "completed" etc in the buttons.

done already in https://github.com/cgkineo/adapt-pageNav/commit/1390a61fd72382ee7715b630e7e2a3fb55653d0c they were just removed completely
