No longer showing greyed out prev & next #73

Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

v3.1.6 no longer shows a greyed out version of the previous or next button if the page has been identified as hidden.

Previously if a page was identified as hidden this would correctly hide it from the menu, but show a greyed out prev/next button.

Caused by https://github.com/cgkineo/adapt-pageNav/pull/72 my fault brad, apologies
