Add support for selected state #20

Subject of the enhancement

For sequentially locked courses the ToC drawer visual is a touch unintuitive as there isn't an active, or selected, state. In this scenario all items are disabled with the current active page the only one not to have a padlock icon.

Perhaps it could utilise the pre existing drawer selected colour variables - https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-vanilla/blob/1d90e97fbafc75a095a6291073d0c31b3fd659ec/less/_defaults/_colors.less#L170
