adl_launch.html `generateSessionID` error #22

Since https://github.com/cgkineo/adapt-xAPI/commit/354d3afe00fbf9ba3eb6423446e081e688ed53d1, the launch is broken due to a method name change. https://github.com/cgkineo/adapt-xAPI/blob/master/required/adl_launch.html#L44 requires a rename of generateSessionID to generateUUID.
