Look to include the following launch types:

[ ] cmi5 launch - https://github.com/AICC/CMI-5_Spec_Current/blob/quartz/cmi5_spec.md#content_launch
[x] Rustici launch - https://github.com/RusticiSoftware/launch/blob/master/lms_lrs.md#launch ~~Hardcoded?~~

Considerations:

Is there an algorithim where the launch type could be determined automatically?
Multiple launch types to different endpoints
SCORM + xAPI

contextActivities don't seem to be consistently sent through in each launch type. Requires investigation.
