change deprecated `\str_foldcase:n` to `\str_casefold:n` #265

The command \str_foldcase:n was deprecated and replaced with \str_casefold:n (see the latex3 changelog entry). This PR simply replaces all instances of \str_foldcase:n in acro.sty.
