Want to add new environment

my question pattern contain 3 environment

1. \begin{exercise} \end{exercise}
2. \begin{solution} \end{solution}
3. \begin{concept} \end{concept}

How i can add last environment

when i want to give an idea about the concept on which the problem/ qnestion is base.

I meant, is the content of concept typeset, always along with exercise env, or along with solution env, or it has its own list (e.g., first typeset all exercises, then all solutions, finally all concepts)?
