This PR will fix some issues while importing icals since #28

fix the import for empty event list used for the dictionary introduced in #28
fix the import of empty event title
fix use existing content elements (overwrite or delete with dictionary after keeping them with #28)
fix nullable author on import via cronjob

Sorry, but I don't understand the last check error - and I don't have a local environment at the moment to run the checks!
