use Parameter public_dir instead of 'web/share' #4

This PR adds the support for the folder "public" as document root, as it is suppoted since contao 4.12 and default for new projects siince contao4.13.

Now the ics-files are always created in the correct folder 'web/share' or 'public/share'.
