Book is pretty much empty... README still contains more documentation #29

I would like some more documentation, but the book appears to be mostly empty and contains nothing more than an introductory text and a TOC. Is this correct or is there a bug in the build process for the docs?

@xnopasaranx thanks for the feedback. I have some copy written for the book that I have not yet committed. In the meantime, I welcome any examples or other potential contributions!
