ERROR: dependency 'mRMRe' is not available for package 'RadAR' #2

Package mRMRe has recently been removed from CRAN. Not sure if this has to do with a long-standing bug where mRMRe may return erroneous results for large dataset. Bummer.

Got a response from the developer. Hopefully mRMRe will be back online soon. https://github.com/bhklab/mRMRe/issues/30

Yes, I realised it. Meantime, you can install a older version of mRMRe ( https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/mRMRe/mRMRe_2.1.0.tar.gz). RadAR should work fine as well.
