error on Sumner for files #7

Debugging on sumner -- one can run a container with the following command

singularity exec docker://cgpu/papermill-sbas:rstan-nmd papermill jupyter/main.ipynb artery_tibial_bayesian-modeling.ipynb -p tissue_index 6 -p as_site_type se -p top_n_events 100

Error is first:

Error: '../assets/tissues.tsv' does not exist in current working directory ('/projects/adeslat/sbas-nf/work/90/36787d3e6997878ee6cc954806b6cf').

Was fixed by moving tissues.tsv to the work/90/36787d3e6997878ee6cc954806b6cf directory
