PR: Use defaults channel to install pkgs in AppVeyor #39

I did not knew this was possible to install geopandas with defaults. After testing this locally, I think this is better than using the conda-forge channel.

It should also make the install step faster on AppVeyor.

Also, I am not sure it is worth updating conda. I should try without this step to see if this works. If it does, it should also make the AppVeyor Install step faster.

Not updating conda does not save a lot of installing time. About a minute or so, so reverting this change.
