Todo: use keys (as per #11) in the fake derivatives

Ok, so fake derivatives now return upserts (instead of combined add and delete) and "root deletions" (without associated children deletions).

I'm now working on the main macros and the runtime component model.

Okay, I at least figured a name for the third basic template type: fragment.

There are with for loops/conditionals, foreign for leaves (expressions tanging from a class attribute to a React component) and fragment for fill-in-the-blanks html.
