new.vk.com was the domain to test the new VK design.
Now the beta test is over, and VK team completely replaced old design with the new, so now it is on the root domain (vk.com) for everybody.
Because of this, we don't need to test, if it is old or new version, there is only one left anyway.
Please, release the new version, if you can, cause current version is completely not working with vk.com
