Refactor the SoundCloud plugin #139

I simplified the SoundCloud plugin in this PR.

With these changes, I do not experience the issues described in: #45, #94, #67 (was able to scrobble "Ʌbelard — ☆ＳＥＩＮＷＡＶＥ☆２０００☆"), #60.
