gempy interfaces export, pymc2 posterior class

• pymc2 posterior analysis class (convenient topology and model calculation from pymc2 hdf5 posterior database)
• pynoddy model to gempy interfaces export function based on pynoddy well extraction (method of experiment class)
• small fix in events.py for reading event lines, if/else statement for some special case where last line of file was just \n
• made sure slice parameters are converted to int in output.get_section_voxels function, as that apparently threw errors for me once
