replace pirate avatar with a pixelated Dave of right resolution #2

building up on #1 would be nice to get the resolution right so Dave looks sharp and with the right contrast.

@cgroc Can I ask how you generated the PNG file in https://github.com/cgroc/CursedHacker/commit/becfc7028f7c6af5c2ea73bc27963aae0fc4df43 ?

btw we could consider using his github profile image https://github.com/davesmith00000 if that's easier? maybe lil less charming tho 🤔

Sure, it was very manual. I edited Dave's profile pic in GIMP, then cut and pasted his face on to every sprite in the Captain Clown Face PNG.

It is a little time consuming 😬
