Changes Description

Updated URLs to match the latest endpoints

/clans/<TAG>/<endpoint> and /players/<TAG>/<endpoint> are no longer valid and have moved to /clan/ and /player/
/top/clans/ and /top/players/ have moved to /top/clans/all and /top/players/all
