Support for picture attachements #112

Any plans to support the new API with picture attachments?

Not from my side. If someone provides a PR I will gladly accept :) Atm I don't even see the picture attachment feature documented in the Open Client API, so not sure if it's technically possible: https://pushover.net/api/client

I got a response from Pushover Support and they don't have any plans to add image attachments to the Open Client API.
