[ ] Rewrite STA provider so that wis2box map/data ui can read STA endpoint data (use USGS as test case)
[ ] Make new GUI to create wis2box data mapping for csv data (3 csvs: 1: stations name/location. 2: observed properoties/units (basically everything in wis2box topic hiearchy. 3: Observations/results
[ ] Make csv/data push GUI be able to go to arbtrary sta endpoint, not just one on same docker network.
