After review, I have flagged the following issues:

1. Please use the field column names exactly as written in the template. e.g., you have source_dt when it should be source_date

2. You appear to have submitted the boundaries of Jasper and Beaufort counties.

What we are after is the served areas (ie the blue areas on the CCR map)

3. The data_source link you gave is broken, or perhaps is a typo. The correct link appears to be https://bjwsa.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/2021BJWSAPlantOpsReportCCR-min-1.pdf

• Check name of the South Carolina one, there's a typo
