support call transfer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup a Voice call
2. Select Call menu 
3. Select Make transfer option
4. Enter the destination number
5. Select a Transfer call button in order to transfer call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Make transfer option is disabled, i.e. not possible to enter any destination 
number in order to transfer the call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
boghe-r78 and doubango-r669 on Windows XP/Vista/7
