Message Waiting Indicator support #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Missed calls are routed to a voicemail server
2. Client is notified whenever there is a new voice mail.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Boghe client is not indicating message waiting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
boghe-r86 and doubango-r672 on Windows XP/Vista/7

Please provide any additional information below.
See RFC 3842 for details about this standard that has been implemented by a 
broad range of SIP phones (some of them are listed here:
