Regarding vedio calling....

Hi All

I got a problem in boghe that when i am vedio calling from  boghe to anothr 
side boghe if another side don't have cam then display a message that that user 
have no cam.....

and another problem is that when i am busy with another side with vedio calling 
and then if another user vedio calling me then i wanna open a new window and 
having  two button 
Accept and Decline button............
so please help me..
