Boghe Subscribe/Notify Mechanism Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register Boghe client to IMS CN
2. Initiate De-Registration on HSS
3. Check if Boghe drops itself from Registration

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Boghe client should be aware of de-regisration if it returns 200 OK (NOTIFY)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Boghe/V1.0.0 on Win7 OS

Please provide any additional information below.

Boghe firstly SUBSCRIBE to Reg event package, then a manual de-registration is 
forced on HSS. S-CSCF sends NOTIFY message with XML type of SDP to inform 
terminating registration state. Here Boghe returns 200 OK (NOTIFY) 
successfully, but it does not fall to unregister state. It still tries to send 
INVITE.
