[x] ensure user is in database (with login = NYU-NetID)
[x] ensure user is in the gencore app puppet configuration (ask John)
- use command groups <netID> on WSO1 to verify
[x] send email to the user hyl254 to get an account on Bowery
[x] ensure user can access data on Bowery (ask the user to create an account on http://hpc.nyu.edu and ask hpc@nyu.edu to add the user to the cgsb group)

This user will need access to data from 2014-03-19 C3JLAACXX 1 Lane - Rushlow which is currently being processed by hitscore.

hyl254 now has access to gencore and hpc, but not yet to the cgsb group on bowery. Re-delivery can be done after this access is granted.

setfacl u:hyl254 access to data folder on bowery

setfacl did not work. Tried u2l and redo delivery using hitscore. Waiting for user to confirm access.
