[ ] FINISH pull run tar file from pod to bowery
[ ] START untar run on bowery
[ ] FINISH untar run on bowery
[ ] move tar.gz file to /data/cgsb/gencore-raw/miseq-M02455
[ ] Inspect FASTQ files in /scratch/gencore/miseq-M02455/RUN_DIR/Data/Intensities/BaseCalls/
[ ] Create run directory in /data/cgsb/gencore/out/PI_NAME/DATE_RUN_NAME/
[ ] Copy FASTQ files to run directory and set access rights as setfacl -m u::r,...
[ ] Email user the location of the run directory
