[x] FINISH tar the run on pod
[x] START pull run tar file from pod to bowery
[x] FINISH pull run tar file from pod to bowery
[x] START untar run on bowery
[x] FINISH untar run on bowery
[x] move tar.gz file to /data/cgsb/gencore-raw/miseq-M02455
[x] Inspect FASTQ files in /scratch/gencore/miseq-M02455/RUN_DIR/Data/Intensities/BaseCalls/
[x] Create run directory in /data/cgsb/gencore/out/PI_NAME/DATE_RUN_NAME/
[x] Copy FASTQ files to run directory and set access rights as setfacl -m u::r,...
[x] Email user the location of the run directory
