create "gencore" user and group on Butinah

Unlike what we've been doing in NY, in AD we'd like to use an application specific user from day 1.

[x] Create Unix user gencore.
[x] Create Unix group gencore. The group exists, but verify membership consists of users: gencore, aa144, kw1213, and sm4431.
[x] Enable su access to gencore for users aa144, sm4431, and kw1213.
[x] Increase gencore user's /archive quota to 20 TB and 5M files.
