create user big-data directory on Butinah #25

Create directory /data/cgsb/ as symlink to /scratch/cgsb/, and make sure this directory is backed up. Unlike on Bowery, this directory will not contain raw data, which will instead be at butinah:/archive/cgsb/gencore-raw/.

Directory created, but unsure if it is being backed up.

In email dated July 4, 2013, Simon Johny confirmed that /data/cgsb/gencore (and /archive/gencore) is being backed up. I didn't specifically ask about all of /data/cgsb, but presumably the whole directory is being backed up.
