[x] Should not include the word "Subject" in Gmail-Compose.
[ ] Make "Dear A B" include all PIs A, B, etc. based on PI status of all contacts. Right now it is based on just the invoice PI, which is often not all PIs.
[x] Set target of Gmail-Compose link to new window.
