spectator upgrades #91

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. if a player tries to join a full lobby, the experience is... bad I'm actually not sure what the behavior is, but it's not ideal

Describe the solution you'd like We should:

  1. redirect the user to the spectator view of that room
  2. make it clearer in the UI that we are just a spectator
  3. add a button for spectators to join the lobby if there is an open space

we should also add a count of how many people are spectating the game
